Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after you receive the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@kaki.shop. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged, or received in error, please contact us immediately with pictures related to the product in question so that we can assess the problem and issue a refund or exchange. Exceptions/non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as intimate apparel (underwear, panties, swimwear, etc.), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). Please check if your item is on the non-returnable and refundable list and check your size in the size chart before placing your order. Exchanging goods

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your item and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If it is approved, you will automatically receive a refund in the form of your original payment. Please remember that it will also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Important Notes

Please note that returns are at the customer's own expense. We always recommend that you ensure that you pack your return safely and use a tracked delivery service or courier as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

We do not accept returns of parcels using the cash-on-delivery service. We will refuse to accept your return if you using the cash-on-delivery service.

Please make sure you check that your return is correct before you send it to us. We are not responsible for returns of non-kaki products.
